cardinal GmbH is a specialized converter and distributor of technical adhesive tapes based in Wuppertal. For more than 30 years, we have been die-cutting, slitting, winding, and laminating self-adhesive products for a wide range of industries. This family-owned business focuses on the manufacture of die-cut parts and the further processing of adhesive tapes. We are looking for employees (m/f/d) to serve as machine and equipment operators for our production department. Your tasks:
- Independent operation and monitoring of modern production facilities
- Setting Up, Reconfiguring, and Optimizing the Machines
- Ensuring consistently high product quality
- Monitoring of Machine and Process Parameters
- Performing minor maintenance and repair work
- Documentation of Production and Quality Data
- Active participation in the continuous improvement of our processes
Your profile:
- Completed technical vocational training, ideally as a machine and plant operator or in a comparable occupation
- Experience operating cutting machines or cross-winding machines
- Technical expertise and a strong commitment to quality
- An independent, structured, and reliable approach to work
- Team spirit, dedication, and a sense of responsibility
- Good written and spoken German skills
