The first step is understanding your application. What materials need to be bonded together? What loads must the bond withstand? What requirements does the subsequent assembly process entail? And what properties must the adhesive tape have in the finished product?
Based on this, we identify suitable materials and provide you with various options for initial testing. The selected adhesive tapes can be customized in the form relevant to your application. Depending on your requirements, we can provide cut-to-size pieces, plotted shapes, or custom die-cut parts, among other options.
This allows adhesive solutions to be tested under real-world conditions and further optimized during the development phase, before a production solution is finalized.

These include, among other things, CNC-controlled 2D measuring and material testing machines, inline cameras for production monitoring, precise part inspections in accordance with defined standards, and preliminary tests to assess product suitability. Custom inspection templates can be used as needed.
The results from prototyping and testing help to compare materials in a targeted manner, identify potential weaknesses early on, and tailor the adhesive solution to the actual application.
