Description
Saint-Gobain Norgard® (formerly CHR®) 2275-2 is a high-performance PTFE adhesive tape made from extruded, oriented, high-modulus PTFE film and coated with a heat-resistant silicone adhesive. It was specifically developed for demanding applications that require high temperatures, excellent non-stick properties, and exceptional abrasion resistance.
The specially oriented PTFE film ensures high tensile strength and excellent wear resistance, while the PTFE surface offers outstanding sliding and release properties. The high-temperature silicone adhesive ensures reliable adhesion to a wide variety of surfaces and stays securely in place even when wound around objects. After use, the tape can be removed cleanly and without leaving any residue. Its rust-brown color also makes it easier to visually inspect during use.
This product can be used as an alternative to the Nitto 923S.
