Description
The Scotch™ 8581 is a polyurethane tape flocked with black polyamide fibers, covered with an adhesive repellent protective paper.
The excellent anchoring of the flocks and the high abrasion resistance of the flock material and polyurethane carrier ensure long service even under the most difficult conditions.
Properties
The 8581 adhesive tape is characterized by good temperature resistance and excellent conformability with a long service life.
Applications:
– noise damping between moving and non-moving parts to be joined
– Anti-scratch coating and impact absorption in the production and finishing of sheet metal
– Sealing or stop bar on sliding doors and windows
– Anti-scratch coating for protection of parts in plastic spraying machines
