Description
CHR® K100 is made of a polyimide film with a silicone adhesive on both sides that is resistant to very high operating temperatures.
Functions/benefits
CHR® K100 has excellent mechanical and electrical properties as well as excellent dielectric strength.
CHR® K100 offers good heat resistance and low moisture absorption. K100 is used as high voltage insulation.
The polyimide carrier meets the requirements of MIL-P-46112B.
Application areas
The construction of CHR® K100 meets the requirements for a durable thermoplastic polyimide carrier.
The silicone adhesive also offers good heat resistance, making the product suitable for a wide range of electronic component assembly applications
and in the electrical insulation.
