Description
These tapes are coated on one side with 3M™ Silicone Adhesive and on the other with 3M™ Series 350 High Performance Acrylic Adhesive. It is covered on both sides with protective cover (100 µm polyester film, 127 µm PE-coated protective paper).
Properties
The 300LSE/silicone adhesive has excellent solvent resistance and adhesive strength on low-energy materials. The silicone adhesive bonds to silicone and low energy substrates without prior treatment of the surface with a primer. The tape also features good temperature resistance, good instant adhesion and final tack, good shear strength.
Applications
– Silicone side with good adhesion, e.g. to silicone rubber and siliconized paper
– Acrylic side with very high adhesive strength on most materials, including low-energy substrates
