Description
The double-sided tape consists of a white closed-cell polyethylene foam coated on both sides with an acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive. The pressure sensitive adhesive guarantees excellent temperature resistance, high final strength and resistance to plasticizers, acids, alkalis as well as solvents. It is also compatible with a wide variety of mirror finishes.
Application areas
For commercial assembly of mirrors in the furniture industry and in the sanitary sector. The recommended adhesive tape area per 1 kg mirror weight is at least 60 cm². Permanent bonding to aluminum, steel and GRP outer skin in the production of truck box bodies and containers. Fastening of type and rating plates as well as displays and product samples in the advertising material industry. This product provides a durable exterior bond even to aluminum and glass panels, making it suitable for solar panel manufacturing.
