PP Films – Heat-Resistant and Waterproof
The reason carpet adhesive tapes are not always sufficient to securely fasten carpets is due to the sometimes extreme operating conditions. For example, high temperatures, moisture, or even high mechanical stress can compromise the hold provided by the carpet adhesive tape. PP films are significantly more effective in this regard. These polypropylene-based films benefit from high temperature resistance and low moisture absorption. In addition, polypropylene is extremely stable, so even significant mechanical stress has little effect on the PP film. The material also meets the criteria of the EC Environmental Commission and is therefore extremely environmentally friendly.
